With this adjustable weight bench, you can take your training to a new level. The center rail system allows you to easily adjust the bench horizontally. You can also expand the bench with several options to broaden your range of exercises.
Thanks to the Roller Adjustment System (RAS), the bench is automatically in the correct position relative to the barbell after the incline is adjusted, without the bench needing to be moved. The bench is practically aligned just once at the barbell rack and can then remain in this position for all exercises from decline to overhead presses. The seat height decreases by up to 10 cm depending on the tilt angle of the backrest. The lower seat height is advantageous for incline and overhead presses as well as various dumbbell exercises. This provides clear benefits in terms of safety and handling.
Take advantage of this adjustable weight bench, which allows you to perform a variety of exercises such as bench presses, incline presses, decline presses, flyes, shoulder presses, and many more. By setting different degrees of incline, you can train different muscle groups. With the numerous ATX options, you can also perform additional exercises for leg training, abdominal training, or bicep training.
