Ankle & Wrist Weights Set of 2 | 450g / 680g / 1130g

These versatile wrist and ankle weights are ideal for both wrists and ankles and can be effortlessly adjusted to a circumference of approx. 12 to 24 cm thanks to the flexible Velcro fastening system. The inner side made of high-quality terry cloth ensures comfortable wear, even during intense training. Sand is used as the filling material, which ensures even weight and optimal weight distribution. The scope of delivery includes 2 pieces, which are supplied in practical, resealable packaging.

The weights are available in three weight levels – suitable for beginners to advanced users. The stated weight refers to each individual weight cuff.
